Great statue
It is an excellent statue, but don't expect spending hours there. Have a stroll around the former castle grounds.

I used to see the statue of "Honda Tadakatsu" in [Okazaki Park (Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, birthplace of Tadakatsu Honda)], so "Honda Tadakatsu" was built in Kuwana, where "Honda Tadakatsu" became the first feudal lord. What is the difference from the statue? I visited with interest. Two things that both statues have in common; Put [big beads] on your shoulders (it is said to be to pray for the enemy who killed), [kakado waki tachikabu (the use of IgA hachimangu shrine; it is said to be a symbol of the determination to protect Ieyasu Tokugawa like a deer)] ...

It is a statue of Tadakatsu Honda who opened the Kuwana Klein in 1601. As a great man who laid the foundation of the city of Kuwana, it is located near the entrance to the north side of the ruins of Kuwana Castle. If you like history, you should definitely stop by when sightseeing at the Kuwana Castle Ruins.
