Peter Pan is a literary figure in the Scottish novel of the same name written by the Scottish novelist and playwright James Matthew Barry, symbolizing the ever-small, unbridled child, and is a household name in Britain. The statue of Peter Pan is photographed by many children every day.
This Peter Pan statue was erected on the exact spot where Peter Pan landed in the story.
It's a little difficult to find, because it's small and is in the middle of the huge Hyde Park next to the small lake of the park, very close to the Italian water gardens. I was just looking at her and remembered the childhood, when this animated character was a protagonist of childhood.
Hyde Park has hundreds of statues and monuments to enjoy. One of them is curiosously a statue dedicated to Peter Pan. It is a little thing and therefore a little hard to find, but it's about it: to be a little kids again and play to find her. :) A very fun walk.
