HORRIBLE

I normally don't do reviews. However this was the worst place I've ever encountered in my 63 years, and felt like I had to tell ppl what this place is like. When I bought my tickets it said NOTHING about having to purchase a seat. Which would have been fine if I would have known... but nope. So I was more upset for others that wouldn't be able to stand for 3-4 hours. SAD. Once I accepted that, one of the staff very rudely saud we were standing in a place not designated, ok fine..but not two minutes later 2 other ppl were standing in the exact place & they were NOT asked to move. This happened again by the same person at a different location in the arena. At this point I felt like she was just throwing her weight around. I'm very sad because the show was very good but because of this we will not be back. I'm sure you do not care and I hope noone else has to experience this but felt the need to let known.
