    Bit bland

    Considering the city of Lucca is so beautiful, this is a rather bland empty square in the South East of the city. Probably not worth visiting unless there is a special event like the festival.

    Napoleon Square

    Original Text

    The Napoleon Square was built in 1806 in front of the palace of the sister of Bonaparte and Duchess of Tuscany Eliza Bachchokki. The church, the tower and some private houses were demolished for the construction of the square.
