Now this small church is not open, but you can also take a look, the appearance is also very special, this should be a small church of architectural teaching, here many windows, in fact, before opened for you.
I was impressed by the travelogue of St. Francis Church in Macau, one of my favorite attractions on this trip. Built in 1928, this chapel is modeled on the Baroque style of the general church in Macau. The exterior of the church is white in color, with irregular oval windows and high bell tower, which looks simple and elegant. We visited on a sunny morning. A monument stands in the square in front of the church to commemorate the historic victory over pirates in 1910. Enter the church to see the typical Catholic church layout and the demure and beautiful altar. The church also had a silver skeleton containing the remains of St. Francis, but it has now been moved to St. Joseph's Abbey. He is a legendary missionary. He traveled from Japan to China's southern coast with missionaries more than 400 years ago, died on an island near Macau in 1552. We stood in a church and could not help but imagine the story of what happened on this land a hundred years ago. The original urn containing the remains of the 1835 St. Paul's Church fire has now been moved to the Catholic Museum behind the St. Paul's archway. Although the historical remains are no longer complete, they can still feel its unique historical atmosphere. Overall, I was impressed by the Church of St. Francis in Macau. It not only has a unique Baroque architectural style, but also contains the long religious history of this land. If I have the opportunity to come back to Macau again, I will definitely come here again to reminisce about its ancient and sacred.
The Baroque Baroque architecture is built in 1928, the church exterior is bright yellow with white oval window frames, and the door is sky blue, so the shadow is particularly bright.
