One-Tree Forest

Found in the border trade area of Daluo Town, Xishuangbanna, Single Tree Forest is an old banyan tree with a history of more than 900 years. It has 31 roots standing on the ground and has large branches and lush foliage, which resemble a green barrier making it a big spectacle. In addition to the main trunk, the large banyan tree also produced a number of column roots from the branches that are inserted into the soil. The propped roots became another tree, forming a spectacular view of trees and roots.
