Cuicuilco Pyramid

Yuxing's large snake head stone carving, the snake head is 1.43 meters high, 1.80 meters long, 1.07 meters wide, and a large tongue sticks out of the snake's mouth, which is quite unique. In the afternoon of the spring and autumn equinox, there will be snake shadows near the pyramid. Wonder: When the sun begins to set in the west, the part of the north wall that is exposed to sunlight gradually changes from straight to wavy from top to bottom, until the head of the snake, like a giant python crawling down from the top of the tower, due to the relationship of sunlight , The body of the snake has 7 isosceles triangles arranged in a row, just like the pattern on the back of the python. As the sun goes down, the shadow of the snake gradually disappears.
