The Ma Chao Tomb Temple

Ma Chao's tomb is not far from Wuhou Temple, and far from Wuhou's tomb. Ma Chao's image in the three kingdoms is deeply rooted in the hearts of people, and his majestic and majestic posture has made Cao Cao also discouraged, but he was unknown for the second half of his life, but for a lifetime.

One of the five tigers in the Han Dynasty, General Ma Chao, was a parent officer of Mian County, Shaanxi. Later, he died due to illness and finally slept on the ground. Ma Chao's tomb is very large, comparable to Wuhou's tomb, it can be seen that the father and the old man in Mian County respect this famous three countries.

Ma Chao is one of Liu Bei's "Five Tigers Admiral". Ma Chao's tomb is next to the 108 National Road two kilometers west of Mian County. It is adjacent to Wuhou Temple in the west. It is one of the important cultural relics of the three countries. There are not many tourists here, and it is very simple and quiet.

Ma Chao's tomb is very close to Wuhou Temple, northwest of Wuhou Temple, and close to the national highway. ​ It takes about ten minutes to walk to Ma Chao's tomb from the gate of Wuhou Temple. Ma Chao's tomb is divided into two parts, the first half is the temple, the second half is the tomb. The middle is separated by Hanhui Canal and linked by the wind and rain bridge on the canal. After walking through the wind and rain bridge, you can come to the yard where the tomb is located. This is an independent courtyard, with a stone inscribed in front of the tomb: the tomb of General Magong Chao, Han Zhengxi. Ma Chao Tomb is a rectangular north-south direction, and it is strong. The tomb is 56 meters around, and the height is about 3 meters. When the Hanhui Canal was repaired around 1935, Ma Chao's tomb was opened. After opening the tomb, it was found that the pattern and masonry were all from the Han Dynasty, and they were consistent with the records of the history books. Therefore, it is undoubtedly determined as Ma Chao's tomb.

Ma Chao was a General of the Han Dynasty and Qi Grand General. His tomb is located in Jiguang Village next to Wuhou Town, Mian County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, about 300 meters away from Zhuge Ancient Town. The tomb is the front and back two courtyards, the front courtyard is the temple, the main hall and the side hall, the hall is set up, the hall is Ma Chao Life Exhibition and the Hanzhong Competition Exhibition. The backyard is Ma Chao Tomb, with a sealed mound, and the front and back yards are separated by Hanhui Canal.
