Just a few minutes from Belo Horizonte, this Serra (mountains) stands about 1400m above the sea level. You arrive by roadway BR040
A fairly good place for a hike close to the city
The place is nice for a weekend hike or to hangout with friends. One can also go hang-gliding from one of the points, but you have to carry your own equipments.
What a view!!!
A spectacular vista of the Minas landscape. Well worth a visit. Can get crowded on holidays and you need to be careful on the road up.
