Morrow Rock is a volcanic plug in central California, at the entrance to the port of Morrow Bay on the Pacific coast, a causeway linking it to the coast to make it a tie-up island. This 177-meter-high rock is protected as a Morrow Rock California Reserve. Morro is mainly composed of Anglo-Antarctica, a type of igneous volcanic rock formed 20 million years ago.
