It feels like an important temple in the Nichiren sect.

    Original Text

In the latter half of the Kamakura period, Nikkata Shonin went to Kyoto for the purpose of spreading the Nichiren sect to Kyoto, but he did not do as he expected, so he stayed here and started missionary work. At that time, it was a temple of the Shingon sect, but it was converted to the Nichiren sect due to the influence of Nikko Shonin. Get off at Nishimukohi Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line and walk 5 minutes, it looks like a local temple.

    Rilianzong の Temple

    Original Text

It is a temple of the Nichiren sect located 100 meters west of the historic site Nagaokakyo Ruins Daigokuden Park. Nikko Shonin was ordered by the sect founder Nichiren, and although he carried out missionary work in Kyoto, he was persecuted and expelled many times, but he continued missionary work near Otokun. This temple is a temple of the Shingon sect, but it is said that the chief priest Sanekata devoted himself to Nichiren sect and renovated it to the Nichiren sect. In the precincts, there are Kaisando, main hall, and bell tower built in the Edo period.

It is a Nichiren sect temple that stands a few minutes walk from Daigokuden Park. It had a large precinct and a large main hall in the center was conspicuously arranged. Since the address is "Daigakuden", it may be standing near the place where Nagaoka Palace used to be.

    It's worth seeing.

    Original Text

Although it is not very large, the Kaisando, the bell tower, and the main hall were built in 1634, 1699, and 1714, respectively, and they are well built. Mukoichi is the place where the capital used to be and is next to Kyoto City, so there are historical attractions everywhere. It's a good idea to stop by as one of the highlights of the historical walk.

    Rilianzong の Temple

    Original Text

During a tour of historic sites in Muko City, I stopped by "Minami Shinkyoji" in the south direction of Mukomachi Keirin Park. This temple was directly opposite (north side) from Katsuyama junior high school graduates who turned left at the "Gotsuji Crossing" heading south from the bicycle racecourse. What I found out when I visited the temple was the temple of the Nichiren sect, and it seems that it became the temple of the Nichiren sect by the missionary work of Nichiren Shonin at the end of the Kamakura period. In muko City, there is a temple called 'Kita Shinkyo Ji Temple', and the former 々 is' Kita Shinkyo Ji Temple 'and' Minami Shinkyo Ji Temple 'is one temple ...
