The parking lot is crowded during the event at the Hokuto Culture Hall. It is rich in green and very good. I think it is well maintained. Large playset for children is also substantial. In summer, we also do radio gymnastics from 6:30. There is also a TV Shinshu headquarters on the north side, so it is also used for events.
