a space that makes me feel relieved.

    Original Text

If you walk along the road of Shiman Onsen, you will see several Dosojin. Each has its own facial expressions, and if you look at it, you can convey the thoughts of the villagers 々 Dosojin. I feel the space that warms my heart and makes me feel relieved.

    and they're standing quietly.

    Original Text

It was quietly along the bus street in Shiman Onsen town. It seemed to be in good condition and still enshrined by the locals.

i saw a lot of them.

    Original Text

I saw some Dosojin on the roadside around Shiman Onsen. Dosojin is the guardian deity of the village, and is often enshrined at the border of the village and the three-way intersection. It is also worshiped as a god of traffic safety. There were also Dosojin with different facial expressions.

    Dosojin who feels power

    Original Text

There are quite a few Dosojin here and there in Gunma Prefecture. The area around Nakanojo Town is also an area with many Dosojin, but the Dosojin near the 40,000 pit is a little strange. The roots of a large tree cover the whole large rock, and trees stand on it. There are no carvings of Jizo on the rock.

    Dosojin scattered everywhere

    Original Text

I feel the history of this area in the past, when I went to Kusatsu Onsen to work, burn charcoal, and move to sericulture, I would have prayed to the Dosojin in Michi 々 so that I could finish my work safely and come back. In addition, it seems that there are some works recently that local hobbies carve stones and are placed as modern Dosojin. It's a relieved figure.
