　歴史ある本格醤油。熟成に年月をかけて作り上げています。工場見学もさせていただけます。 　今回は、女将さんか工場を案内してくれました。ちょうど、もろみを絞っているところを見ることができました。 　歴史を刻む、本格生醤油が誕生していく様子は、なかなか見ることがてぜきないのでラッキーでした。

醤油の工場見学や買い物ができます。５種類以上の醤油のテイスティングや、ひしおやわかめ、ジュースなどの販売があり、静かな環境でゆっくり日本の伝統調味料を味わうことができます　ほんのすこし調味料が変わるだけでこんなに味が違うのかとびっくりしました　子どもの頃の調味料の味を思い出してとても懐かしく、いい経験ができました。調味料も小瓶のものは５００円程度で買え、宅急便で送ることもできます
