Jogging along the long paths of Central Park, every step feels like stepping to the city's rhythm. A boy plays guitar by the Bethesda Fountain, the melody of "Imagine" flowing from the strings, blending wonderfully with the clatter of horse-drawn carriages. In front of the star-shaped mosaic at Strawberry Fields, someone always leaves behind a dew-kissed rose, the air filled with the scent of onion hot dogs and fresh grass. My favorite spot is the skating rink near Bow Bridge, watching beginners tumble and fall like snowballs, while the skyline silhouettes silently behind the treetops—in this steel jungle, there lies a heart-warming oasis.
Central Park is very fun. There are large lawns and many squirrels running around. You can rent bicycles and ride horse-drawn carriages in the park. It is also nice to just walk around. There is a huge children's playground not far from Columbus circle. Children from all over the world who come to New York come here to play. They can play in the sand and water, and there are slides, swings, and rockeries. It is easy to play for half a day. There are also many people playing on the lawn. Many people there like to throw frisbees. Many families come here for vacation. It doesn't get dark until about 8:30 in the summer in the United States, so it's no problem to play in the park for a whole day!
Walking through New York's Central Park, it seems to fall into the gentle cracks of the steel forest. Morning light penetrates the forest, spreads powder and white brocade on the cherry blossom avenue, the wind is outdated petals fall, and the corners of the skyscraper soften into a background sound in the flower shadow. The city code on the bench is the most moving. The cold chair was stroked by the fingertips, and the short text on the nameplate hid the New Yorker's temperature: "Give my wife Carol, because she loves Central Park, and I love her" - the separation of life, the young encounter, the mother and son bonding, all condensed into a dew in the wood grain. When high school students spread out books and laughed on the sheep lawn, and when the reciting of Shakespeare’s poems drifted from Cherry Hill to the lake, the park became an emotional resonant box, full of human narratives that transcended language. In the afternoon, I closed my eyes in the Ramble Forest area. Bird song and stream sound woven into natural white noise, suddenly understand the deep meaning of Olmsted: this 3.4 million square meters of green lung, originally dedicated to "the handicrafts of tired industrial workers", so that people who can not travel far can drink nature here. The boat house pier at dusk is the most magical, The wooden paddles smashed the red-stained lake, and the wild ducks swam through the reflection of Manhattan. The hustle and bustle of the city sank to the bottom, leaving only the breathing in the shadow of the oasis of the oars. "When the whispers of the bench fell into the palms with the cherry blossom rain, I knew that the oasis in this concrete wasteland, It was New York's prose poem to the world. "
New York's Central Park in late autumn is so beautiful. It's my first time seeing Central Park. It's so beautiful. I never expected it. It's already late autumn. Everything is so perfect against the blue sky. Although I don't have time to take a closer look, I feel like I fell in love at first sight. Thank God for giving me such good weather, so that I can keep all these beautiful views in my heart.
Cycling and exploring: Rent a bicycle and ride along Cherry Blossom Avenue (59th Street to 72nd Street). When passing by Sheep Lawn, you may want to join the picnic group of New Yorkers and feel the lazy sunbathing on the "green carpet". Bird watching secret place: The Ramble forest area is a migratory bird station. You can encounter bluebirds and yellow warblers in April and May. Listen to the natural white noise of birdsong and streams in the morning mist. 📌 Practical tips Transportation: Subway A/B/C/D lines to 59 St-Columbus Circle Station, the south entrance is the most convenient to rent a car. Time: There are crowds on weekends, it is recommended to go early in the morning on weekdays or 1 hour before closing time, the light is soft and easy to take pictures. Hidden camera position: The rooftop of Belvedere Castle has a 360-degree view of the sea of flowers and the city skyline, and the silhouette of cherry blossoms against the light is beautiful.
Central Park: Nature Psalms in the Steel Jungle This 1 km2 green canvas is New York's greatest contradiction. The 1857 landscape architect Olmsted's fictional pastoral dream on the marshland is now surrounded by skyscrapers, forming the most surreal urban bonsai. The arch bridge is the most photogenic lie. This cast iron bridge looks like a natural stone bridge, but it is a carefully calculated visual trap standing at a specific angle, the arch is just framed in the Empire State Building, and the 19th century natural aesthetics and the 20th century industrial civilization have achieved a perfect conspiracy here. There are always flowers in front of the "Imagine" mosaic in the strawberry garden, where Lennon's undead receive a pilgrimage to fans around the world. On Saturday morning, on the literary walkway, the old man walking the dog shared the same oak tunnel with the jogging writer. The real magic happens in the early morning of the weekdays. When mist shrouded the sheep grassland, the empty carousel turned itself around, the angel statue of the Bethesda fountain just woke up, and the central park finally returned to its original design: a forgetting machine that lets urbanites temporarily forget that they are social parts. Take a bergo on the terrace of the houseboat restaurant and watch the rowing boat leave a fleeting trail on the lake, more New York than any Broadway show.
Central Park is like an oasis in the steel forest of New York. It has its own style no matter which season you visit. In spring, cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the lake reflects pink flower shadows; in summer, it is green and people can be seen everywhere having picnics and jogging on the grass; in autumn, maple leaves and ginkgo trees dye the whole park golden, beautiful like a painting; in winter, it is covered with heavy snow, and the skating rink is very lively, as if entering the scene of a Christmas movie. My favorite is to stroll along the forest trails, occasionally encounter squirrels running by, or sit on a bench and watch street performers playing saxophone, and the melodious melody makes people immersed in it. Rowing by the lake, basking in the sun on the lawn, or even just walking around, you can feel the rare relaxation of this city. Standing in this green space between high-rise buildings, looking at the skyscrapers standing around, you can truly understand the charm of New York-prosperity and tranquility are perfectly blended here.
This is a large green park in the central area of Manhattan, open to the public for free. There is a large area of green space in the park. It was a little rainy on the day I went there, and the green space looked emerald green, refreshing my eyes. There is also a lake in the middle of the green space. We had dinner at a restaurant by the lake, and the environment was very good. The length of the tour can be adjusted according to your own schedule. We were short on time, so we mainly had dinner at a restaurant by the lake, enjoying the lake view while eating, and taking a look at the beautiful green space of Central Park on the way in and out of the restaurant.
