There's two main things I want to say about Ryuzu Falls. First of all, it's very beautiful with red leaves and definitely one of the best things in Nikko if you're coming in autumn season. The second thing is unfortunately I had seen the photos online of it's peak colors, and set my expectations very high and even though it was very beautiful it wasn't as beautiful as some of the photos posted by others.

The river flows out of the mountains and eventually into the Zhongchan Temple Lake. The good drop of the river bed creates a ripple stream or a scattered group of small waterfalls. The trees are shaded here and the vegetation coverage is high, which is a good place for tourists to relax.
The most beautiful season of the faucet waterfall is autumn red leaves, plus the waterfall rolling water is picturesque.
Take the bus package at Nikko Station to Zhongyu Temple Hot Spring Station, walk to see the faucet waterfall, see the red leaves and hear the sound of the waterfall
Ao Nikko representative waterfall, one of the five famous waterfalls in Japan, pouring down from 210 meters high, flowing through the karst formed when the manti mountain burst. It belongs to the stream waterfall, flowing through the ladder-like rock formation about 10 meters wide, and the water is in a rapid state. It is said that the name is due to the large rock split in two near the waterfall pool, which is similar to the faucet. May to June is a recommended tourist season.
