It is a sake brewery run by four families of father, mother and daughter. Mt. Oe, the main brand, is said to be the name of the mountain in Kyoto. It was a little dry and refreshing.

I stopped by when I went to Oku Noto on the tour. It seems that it is run by a family, but when I heard the story of the young landlady, I thought that the company was making efforts, and when I looked at the website, it seemed that the world was also looking at it. The sake tasting was delicious, and I felt that I had reconfirmed the splendor of sake.

It is a small sake brewery. The inside of the sake brewery is compact, and after the shop explains it carefully, you can sample about 5 types. Of course, the sake was delicious and the squid senbei was very delicious. There was also vegetable sake (such as burdock) that was not fruit sake.

Such a nice liquor store in such a place was a nice liquor brewery that felt the momentum of ‼️. I stopped by before I hanging around without deciding anything and eating Noto bowl with a large restaurant family. I bought Daiginjo and muddy sake.
