More and more local governments are focusing on designing public facilities such as libraries, and so is the case here. I don't know, but it seems to be designed by famous people. It is quite unique that the roof is imagined as a gentle mountain, but it is not a very strange building, it is calm and does not float from the surroundings. 建築デザイン。

古い街に溶け込むモダンな建築デザイン。アイディアは無限なんですね。小布施に来るたびに、地元新聞で情報を得てます。飲食できる珍しい図書館ですが、館内の撮影はNGです。

館内BGMなどの雑音が逆に心地いい

小布施町の、公立図書館です。館内は静かな音でBGMが流れ、図書館のイメージを覆されます。日曜日に行きましたが子供たちがたくさんいて、皆さん静かに集中した環境で読書をしていた印象です。入り口が少しわかりづらいですが、町役場の駐車場を抜け、奥に進んでいくと、右手にグラウンド、左手に図書館が見えると思います。長野県の雑誌、KURAやKomachiなどのバックナンバーが充実していてつい長居してしまいました...
