I climbed from the Okaya side and got off to the Matsumoto side. Both roads are narrow, but there are many separation points, so driving is not so difficult. It was a plateau of about 1600m above sea level, surrounded by flat mountains 々, with a good view, and there were many campers. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the top of Mt. Takabotch, but it's not like climbing, it's about a gentle slope. Please note that it seems to be closed in winter.
