It is a beach right in front of Omihachiman, a holiday village on the shores of Lake Biwa. It's a large sandy beach, so I think you came to the sea. There are no shower facilities or changing rooms, so it seems that staying at the hotel will be more enjoyable. By the way, the dinner in this holiday village is free to eat OMI beef, and it is very good value.
