The location of this observation deck is relatively "remote", that is, opposite Osaka Port, and is the latest free attraction included in the tour card. Of course, if you don't buy the tour card, you have to buy another ticket volume. Standing on the observation deck, you can see the busy Osaka Port on the other side very clearly. Of course, this is also an ideal place to watch the beautiful night view of Osaka, especially for tourists who buy a travel card, it is very worth a visit (*ha, as far as I am concerned, the most important thing is that all the attractions included in the travel card can go how much!)
