Very large ornate church as are most catholic churches. The sanctuary was standing room only for the service, it was so packed. Lovely large murals of the saints.

The mother church of Otavalo
Built in the late 19th century to replace a previous church destroyed by an earthquake, this church is distinguished by its octagonal tower on Parque Bolivar.
