Actually spectacular views of the coast and Berlinga islands. Plan on half an hour for walking about.

O farol de Peniche
Peniche Lighthouse is one of the places you can't miss if you are in Baleal or Ferrel. You can rent bikes and ride around the Peninsula. we strongly recommend.
can't enter
admittedly we walked there on a cold windy day but as you can't enter or see anything of the farol (lighthouse) it is not worth visiting. go to the Fortaleza de Peniche instead.
