Carpenters' Hall

This time I came to check in and visit this historic conference hall next to the Independence Palace. I passed by and saw a small door, but I didn’t associate it with the attraction. This time, when I searched for the attraction, I found that this two-story brick building in the door was originally an important part of the early history of the United States. The conference hall, the building was built from 1770 to 1773, the first continental conference in 1774, there was no excessive furnishings inside, no explanation, mainly some pictures of the display of cultural relics, the model restored the style of the building.

The Carpenter Hall on Chestnut Street in the Old Town is a two-story brick building and an important conference hall in early history. Compared with other attractions in the scenic area, the popularity here has weakened a lot. If it is not for the Raiders in advance, it is difficult to imagine that there is a conference hall hidden in this small building.

This two-story single-family building is also a famous landscape of the door, with a century of history, the earliest time here is also a conference organ, there are many other uses used, the internal space is not large.

木匠厅是北美洲第一次大陆会议的会址。房子的名字来源于同名的公司，因为当时这房子的所有权属于这家公司。1774年9月5日，当时北美州各殖民地的人聚在这里开会，一直开到10月，写信给英王，要求把殖民地视为整体，并提出诉求，如果没有达到要求，则第二年接着开会。因此，这房子虽然不大，但是在美国历史上却很重要。每到一些重要的日子，比如英军占领费城纪念日，就会举办古装活动，有人扮演英军，有人扮演平民，有人扮演民兵，还原当时的事件，以示纪念。

很少有人看到木匠馆，甚至在这个地区。这座建筑曾经是一座兵工厂。它也被第一届国会使用，是一家医院。地面很漂亮。这座建筑本身很小，只需要几分钟就可以穿过。你在这里，所以尽可能多地吸收历史。

木匠厅是费城有名的的地标建筑，这是我一直向往的地方，所以在抵达酒店，放好行李后，我第一时间冲向了这里。
