Visited only by skateboarders and potential druggies
This place is not to be visited especially now that the wall of history has been removed. There is one water fountain and a few benches and that is all. Not really much of a park.
As you enter into this lock area park, you have access to the bike path by the river. The wall along side of it, has many pictures and the history behind the photos.
