Archaeological Museum of Piraeus

The port of Piraeus is Greece's largest and most important port, and one of the world's 50 largest container ports and the largest container ports in the eastern Mediterranean. The port of Piraeus is the outer port of Athens, the capital, located 8 kilometers southwest of Athens, Greece, on the shore of the Gulf of Saronicos, Lin Saronik Bay, is a good transit port for ships to the Black Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, to Europe, Africa, Asia.

Pierreeves is a suburb of Athens and accessible by subway. The archaeological museum in such a small place is also great. There are only two floors, but there are some beautiful sculptures and pottery, basically antiques from the ancient Greek or Roman period excavated in Piraeves.

The museum houses reliefs and bronze statues of the tombs of the classical and ancient Roman periods. The treasure of the town hall in the museum is also an Apollo statue.
