A simple life outside of the city.
During my visit to the Shree Urgen Choling Buddhist monastery in Pokhara, I was captivated by its serene ambiance, ideal for Buddhist practices, yoga, and meditation. Nestled around Lakeside, the monastery offered a breathtaking view of Phewa Lake, enhancing the spiritual experience.
As I explored the tranquil surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere enveloped me, transporting me to a state of inner calm and reflection. The monastery's architecture, adorned with intricate Buddhist motifs, added to its charm, evoking a sense of reverence and awe. Witnessing monks engaged in their daily rituals further enriched my understanding of Buddhist traditions, leaving an indelible mark on my soul.

The view from the hill called Sarancott in Pokhara! You can also go up to the observatory by ropeway or car bike. Even if you climb on foot for about 2 hours, it is recommended to climb slowly while interacting with locals at private houses and shops on the way! !!
While on the way to Pokhara Airport, we saw how close the range of Annapurna is!! We were so excited the moment our taxi landed at the entrance of the airport and just at its opposite is the magnificent Annapurna 😍🤩
Pokhara is a city on Phewa Lake, in central Nepal. It’s known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a popular trail in the Himalayas. Tal Barahi Temple, a 2-story pagoda, sits on an island in the lake. On the eastern shore, the Lakeside district has yoga centers and restaurants. In the city’s south, the International Mountain Museum has exhibits on the history of mountaineering and the people of the Himalayas
Pokhara is a must if you come to Nepal. whether you take a long bus journey or you take a short flight, the journey is worth it. Many people come here before heading off on a trek in the annapurnas, but you can also come here to enjoy the nature directly surrounding Pokhara.
