Worth a visit.
Beautiful views! There just wasn't enough places to sit and enjoy the beauty and relax. And there is a lack of shade.

Great walk
Been here years ago, and just went recently. The malecon is great and unchanged. But where the cruise ships come in....the prices are ridiculously high. Too high. Will not be back to this area.
