So, this was something recommended by a travel blog of things you need to do in Puerto Vallarta! This was probably my 10th time here and had yet to experience this site! The website reviews say 15-20 ...
Worth the climb
Wonderful view of the city. Lots of steps once the road ends. Not for the weak but worth the muscle burn. Go at sunset it makes the climb worth it.
Stunning view
It's quite a hike (aprox 30min from the malecon) but you can't mis out of this beautiful view over pv. Tip: go for sunset around 6pm
