Qinglong has an exciting red story, and this story happened in Qinglong County 24 road turn, once known as one of China's ten most beautiful roads, it was once strangely "disappeared" eight years later to be found. 在二十四道拐第一拐又坐电瓶车,又走一遍24拐公路。一路上看到当年修路在岩壁上留下的印记,还看到路边的一座有历史的公祭坟。游览车上行到第二十四拐,通过山上景区服务中心,走景区电瓶车专用道上山,到达建在24道拐对面,海拔约1620米晴隆山顶的二十四道拐展览馆。下游览车,步行进入展览馆大门还要走一段上坡路登台阶才能到达展览馆高高的平台。一路上,设有木栈道,观景台。从观景台可以一览整个24道拐公路全貌,蛇形逶迤,布满山坡,也适合拍照。在山顶上的展览馆像一座高大多层雕堡,展览馆大台阶上有个雕像,一个是美军工兵,一个是当时修路农民,他们面对面对火点烟,时代感,生活气息较强,创作来源于展览馆中的一张当时的照片。二十四道拐览馆共分为四层,以“中国人民抗日战争”和“世界反法西斯战争”为背景,并以图文、连环画、3D技术、VR技术、动态演示,实物展示等方式,采用主展区、体验区相结合的形式,介绍和展示“晴隆抗战文化”以及“筑路往事”“高校西迁”“盟军援助”“远征军出征”等在晴隆抗战时期发生的重要历史事件。从展览馆四层可沿着楼梯登上楼顶平台,在平台上还有一座圆形高台,攀登旋转楼梯可上到平台上。站在平台上,一览众山小,远观二十四道拐犹如一幅图画展现在你面前。在旋转楼梯上选择一个角度,是拍摄二十四道拐最理想的地方。
晴隆二十四道拐位于泸昆高速晴隆出口G320国道边上。晴隆二十四道拐抗战公路,是“史迪威公路”的形象标识,是抗战时期中缅印战区交通大动脉。经“二十四道拐”运送的抗战物资车辆车水马龙,且二十四道拐地势险峻,路陡管急,从山脚的第一拐到山顶的第二十四拐,直线距离是350米,垂直高度是250米,坡度的斜度是60度。依“S”型顺势而建,似一条蛟龙盘旋至此,意欲腾空跃起,具有雄、奇、险、峻的特点。八十多年前,美军随军记者约翰·阿尔贝特,在从重庆去昆明途经晴隆时,拍摄了24道拐盘山公路上艰难运输美国援华资的图片。1945年3月26日,这张黑白照片在海外各大媒体刊登出来,标注为“中国境内史迪威公路之二十四拐”并引起起关注。无数的二战史学家跑遍云南、缅甸寻访拍摄这张著名照片的地理位置,却始终一无所获。原来是安南县(晴隆县旧称)名与法属殖民地越南原名相同,国民政府于1941年11月将安南县更名为晴隆县。因此,安南就一直被认为是越南。直到2002年,研究云南二战史的学者戈叔亚到贵州晴隆考察后,查证了约翰当年拍摄二十四道拐的置在贵州晴隆。现在二十四道拐作为了景区,只能坐光车行走。行程路线从游客接待中心坐上观光车从二十四拐下行到位于G230国道的一拐游客服务中心,再从一拐到二十四拐后去二十四道拐展览馆和观景台,来回全程共22公里,参观时间约二个小时。在观景台看二十四道拐也要看运气,不是什么时间都能看到,今天运气不错,看得非常清。
