Shennong Palace is located in Ningshao Lane, Shuitingmen Historical and Cultural District, Zhangzhou. It was built during the Qing Qianlong period and was rebuilt in the later period of Guangxu. This Shennong Palace also played an important role in preventing the bacterial warfare of the Japanese army during the eight-year War of Resistance Against Japan. It is currently a provincial cultural relics protection unit.

The Shennong Palace is in longitudinal rectangle, sitting south and north, for the layout of the courtyard. The upper end of the gate is suspended with rectangular stone, entitled "Shennong Palace". The font means high ancient products. There are small doors on the left and right, and the blue stone is embedded in the upper, for "Shouguo" and "Chuntai", Cangrun Jian Ancient. Entering the gate, there is a Zhu lacquer screen, hanging a giant antique bamboo, engraved with the text of the book, yellow and green characters, antique. Two green trees in the patio grow very prosperous, and two large water tanks are placed under the shade of the trees, with small lotus points in the cylinder, lotus leaves, and three or two tails of brocade.

衢州神农殿平面呈纵长方形，坐南朝北，为四合院布局。大门上端悬长方形石匾，题为“神农殿”。字体意古品高。左右各有小门，上嵌青石匾，为“寿国”、“春台”，苍润简古。进大门则有朱漆屏风一座，上挂巨形仿古竹简，刻隶书之文，黄底翠字，古色古香。天井中两株绿树生长得异常繁盛，树荫下放置着两口大水缸，缸中小荷尖尖，莲叶田田，三两尾锦鲤嬉戏。其间后檐柱牛腿刻“刘海戏金蟾”，刘海手持铜钱六、七枚一串，铜钱上刻有“太平天国”字样。正殿殿堂上塑有神农像，高丈余，泥金填描。神农右手持灵芝，左手束禾穗，双膝间置一藤筐。神农坐像上悬一巨匾，题为“民族始祖”四字，黑底金字，庄重浑穆。
