Old Town Hall

Built in the 13th century, the old town hall in Regensburg was the seat of the parliament of the Holy Roman Empire and has a gorgeous imperial hall. Now the less-than-glamorous house is still used as the mayor's office.

The Old Town Hall is part of the Old Town of Regensburg, which was selected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006 and has four architectural stars, the cathedral, the Old Stone Bridge, the Town Hall, and the oldest of which is the Old City Gate of the Ancient Roman period.
