This was the purpose of my stay in Rhodes to see the place were the Collosus of Rhodes once stood. If you are walking from Elli Beach you will see the best view.
Not a lot to see really, unless you let you imagination take over. There are two Deer statues on columns showing where the Colossus would of stood. To see both you need to walk around the harbour.
It would have been great to see the great statue of the sun god. In replacement they put a few brains on each column (symbolizes Rhodes), but it is said that the columns are not the original. Even...

Rhodes is a Great Place
