This is a waterside town. The cannery used to showcase ancient fishing history, and the Fisherman’s Wharf sells seafood every weekend. Whale-watching boats sail from here. There is also an intercity tram that runs from 1913 and the Steveston Museum built in 1905.
In the southwest corner of Vancouver, across Victoria Harbour, this characteristic Steveston town can be said to be a very worthwhile attraction to visit, there is not much commercial atmosphere, locals also buy seafood in this seafood terminal market, there are hotels and whale watching registration points nearby.
The town has a history of more than 100 years, and it is worth visiting! Fish Renren Wharf has fish boats selling fish and shrimps every Saturday, fresh and cheap town. There is a factory museum that processed fish cans that year. I like this warm and harmonious town and pier! There is a good Chinese restaurant.
Steveston is a small town very close to Vancouver. It is a traditional fishing village with a long history of making canned sardines. The town has beautiful scenery and a leisurely life. The sunset here is the most beautiful. Sitting on the pier and blowing the wind, watching the sunset is a kind of enjoyment.
