Monestir de Santa Maria de Ripoll

I liked the Monastir. Heavy, unadorned architecture. Also, the carved wooden spoons etc.

Like all these places, very hard to find ones hotel. The carved wooden spoons were in the museum. The market gardens, under the bridge were a high point for me.
