Pyramid of Caius Cestius

Huge in person and pretty cool location. There’s a subway, restaurants, and many coffee shops nearby. If you have time, go ahead and give it a visit if even for a moment.

The Pyramid of Sz is the only pyramid in Europe, a narrow burial path leading to the most striking part, the interior surrounds about 4 meters of burial chambers, some dating back to the Middle Ages, with candlestick patterns in the middle, and now located in a traffic main road, The pyramid is much smaller.

Rome has a pyramid! Also, it's right outside the Piramide metro stop, which is a pedestrian's gateway into testaccio. It's a cute neighborhood with a few clubs at night.. worth checking out!

In an act of brilliance or laziness, the Romans incorporated their mysterious pyramid directly into the Aurelian Wall. Located near the Piramide Metro stop, it's not hard to reach from the rest of the city. The historic cemetery (the Cimitero acattolico di Roma) is a great visit and sits just behind it.

A sweet littly pyramid, but the much more interesting spot, is the protestant cemetery, which is also known as the englishmen's cemetery and right beneath the cestia pyramid.
