They have closed the way to car cascades except for neighbors so you have to walk a lot and with children is very difficult. A disaster. They do what they want with rural roads if you are not neighbors...

We did it from Lamiña. It is a easy path, the only thing you have to cross the river and be careful not to sweep. I don't have much water, I imagine it will be more flowing in other times.

A easy, family-run, 8 km total from Lamiña. A area with several cascades that in winter carry a lot of flow. At the end you can rest in a great explanatory.
