Great views, mostly of the bluff area. Different than that of the North Overlook.
We drove up to the top as we planned on doing additional hiking at the bottom of the bluff. However, the hike on Saddle Rock Trail to the top didn't look to difficult. Once at the top the walk is eas...
Easy hike
Short walk from parking lot. Trail is paved with gradual grade. There is a bench at lookout along with information plaques. The view of Mitchell Pass and the remnants of the Oregon Trail.
Great trail for big views
This is a short paved trail to give grand views of the monument area and the surrounding landscape. Take time to walk this trail for the big views!
