Takaga Shrine is located on the hillside of Mt. Takaga, and is also called Mt. Takaga Omoto Jingu. It is said that many asceticians gathered under the influence of the Hakusan faith. It is said that it was founded in the first year of Yoro, and it enshrines 23 pillars of gods 々 including Tenno Minakashuson, and the "Legend of Extermination of Yoma" is handed down, and there is a statue.

It was founded in the Nara period. It is one of the six Takaga companies built after exterminating the yoma. The precincts describe statues and legends of exterminating the yoma. There is also a trailhead to the summit of Mt. Takaga (1224 ｍ). Along the road, there are Jinsuian, Rengebuji Temple, and Takaga Valley. It was a quiet place.

There was a statue of Fujiwara Takamitsu's extermination of chimera, with a magnificent Otorii.
