🌸 Cherry Blossom Trip, Korea 🇰🇷
Wondering where to visit during Cherry Blossom 🌸 season in Korea? Here’s my brief itinerary and sharing, hope it’s useful for everyone 🫶
On Day 1, we kick started our day at Yeouido Hangang Park, where cherry blossoms line the Han River, creating a stunning backdrop for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. We were there during the weekend to prevent crowds! 🤣 * Based on experience* As we were not able to get any good photos during the weekend during our last trip here! ( Weekday + Early Morning 💯)
We then headed to Tosokchon Samgyetang for their famous ginseng chicken soup. This restaurant is housed in a traditional Korean building and is renowned for its nourishing and flavorful samgyetang. It was so good especially during cold weather 🙌

We also explored Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest of the Five Grand Palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty. The palace grounds are adorned with cherry blossom trees, adding to its majestic beauty.
On the next day, we hiked up to N Seoul Tower in Namsan Park for breathtaking views of Seoul blanketed in cherry blossoms. The tower offers panoramic vistas of the city, and during cherry blossom season, the surrounding area is awash in pink hues. Can you imagine how beautiful it is? 🌸🌸🌸
We then explored the bustling streets of Myeongdong and indulge in street food from various vendors. Myeongdong is famous for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings, making it the perfect spot for a quick and flavorful lunch. This place is a MUST, if you’re a big fan of local street food 🥘
On the third day, we explored the Seokchon Lake Park, where cherry blossoms frame the picturesque lake, creating a postcard-worthy scene. Take a leisurely stroll along the paths or rent a paddleboat to enjoy the scenery from the water.
After exploring around we went to Gogung for out favorite bibimbap, a traditional Korean rice dish. This restaurant is renowned for its bibimbap, which is served in a hot stone bowl and topped with an array of fresh vegetables and savory sauces. 💯💯💯

We also visited Lotte World Tower, one of Seoul's iconic landmarks, and ascend to the observation deck for panoramic views of the city adorned in cherry blossoms. The tower stands as a symbol of Seoul's modernity and offers unparalleled vistas of the surrounding landscape.
On the last day in Seoul, we had our dinner at the Han River Cruise Terminal before embarking on a Han River cruise. As we glide along the river, we were able to see the cherry blossoms that line the riverbanks, creating a magical ambiance 🌸🌸🌸

Tickets were cheaper when we booked on trip.com. Went around the evening to catch the sunset but a lot of other people had the same idea so there was a bit of a line. Views were fantastic though (even in the toilets).
Went on Friday and was surprised that there were not many people. I got my ticket on this app half price, then got a cup of coffee in the observatory and enjoyed a couple of hours of amazing views and tasty coffee ☕️
Booked our 50% tickets and did self redemption on our visiting date, love how the tickets validity comes in a range of date and it’s easy to redeem.
Good and more convenient, it is cheaper to use directly after booking than on-site, there will be a number after picking up the ticket on the ticket machine, and then the screen will show the current time that the number segment can enter, and the number segment will not pass the number segment will only increase the number in front.
Compared to domestic, not high, not big, but worth a visit. A full bird's eye view of Seoul's best location. Beer and coffee are well done. Each window has a distance to other famous cities.
Highly recommended! It would be better if you came here from sunset until night ✨
