A AAAA national tourist area and a five-star park in Shanghai, the Grand View Garden is a large-scale theme park built using traditional Chinese artistic techniques based on the artistic conception of the classic Chinese novel 'Dream of the Red Chamber'. The entire garden is exquisitely designed, with magnificent buildings, pavilions, finely carved, ancient trees and bamboo, complementing each other, combining the style of royal gardens and the beauty of Jiangnan gardens. The indoor furniture and even the plaques and couplets, every grass and tree, are all arranged according to the character traits and storylines in 'Dream of the Red Chamber', some are luxurious and rich, some are dignified and simple, and some are rare and precious antiques.
Around the Grand View Garden, there are about 1934 acres of land, there are also ethnic culture villages, plum gardens, Qingyun Tower, Osmanthus Garden and other tourist attractions, there are yachts, rowing boats, bamboo rafts, laser guns, archery, ancient costume photography and other entertainment projects, there is the Grand View Garden Resort for tourists to relax and holiday. The large-scale performance activities such as the Red Mansion Art Festival and Red Mansion Tourism Festival launched every spring and autumn are important contents of urban tourism in Shanghai.
Since its opening in 1984, Shanghai Grand View Garden has received more than 16 million people from home and abroad, and has successively received party and state leaders, foreign heads of state, well-known people at home and abroad, and has been widely praised. It has won the National Construction Luban Award, Shanghai's Top Ten Buildings for 40 years, Top Ten New Leisure Scenic Spots, Shanghai's Excellent Buildings for the 50th Anniversary of New China, Shanghai's Top Ten Tourist Characteristic Gardens, Shanghai's Seven Civilized Parks, and the National Construction Department's National Scenic Spot Advanced Collective.
The Grand View Garden is still quite big. It takes a long time to walk around the park. There may be activities on the same day. We also saw Sichuan Opera performances and other programs. After the park is over, it is also a good choice to stroll around Dianshan Lake next to it.
It was quite a surprise, and the expectations before going were very low. But when I went in, I looked at the design very chic, especially in Yingchun. I took advantage of the half price of the tourism festival, and it was only less than 1,000 people at noon. It was a pity to see some abandoned buildings out of the gate. This place is still too far from the city.
The biggest drawback of this place is that it is too far. I drove for about an hour. It was almost close to noon. Fortunately, when I went in, I encountered the sunset red army that left. There were many people on weekends. But I like this attraction very quiet. No noise. Very clean. The design of the forest is very good. I have brought fish food. Haha. There are a lot of salmon in it. It is worth seeing. The parking lot is convenient. The ticket is bought on the same day.
Other attractions during the May Day holiday are crowded. The Grand View Garden is not particularly large for tourists. The tourist physical examination is good. The scenery is beautiful on the shore of Dianshan Lake. Children like to feed fish the most.
The environment is good and the parking industry is very convenient. If you go shopping slowly, you can take a long time. There are fewer restaurants around.
