A "Good" quiet beach location
We visited this location during our tour of Shetland. Our impression was perhaps not quite as effusive as some of the other reviews maybe because the weather, whilst dry during our visit, was not idea...
A lovely beach
A great beach to blow away the cobwebs. A small car park and then a short walk leads you to Minn beach. A lovely sandy.
Quiet white sandy beach on a tombola
This is another of Shetland's fine white sandy beaches formed from a tombola (thin strip of land with the beach on one side and stones on the other. It's a little more remote than it's neighbour, Meal...
Beautiful
Lovely, long and sandy beach. We enjoyed our picnic and spent a lovely afternoon and early evening relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the sea.
Perfect spot
Superb, peaceful, beautiful. The sand, so white, fine. Water clear and clean. Take a walk along the beach then up onto the island for a wander about, look back at the beach, just perfect.
