Station building of the Jnr Shihoro line still remains
Original Text
During the Jnr era, the Shihoro Line ran north from Obihiro and the Hiroo Line ran south. Both of them were discontinued, but some of the station buildings were preserved in the state of the time of the discontinued line without being demolished. Shihoro Station is one of them. It is a relatively large station building at a busy station on the Shihoro Line.
It's a nice nostalgic place, but there was no guide from the national highway (maybe there was no confirmation), and I didn't feel the air recommended by the local government. It's a good place, a good place to think about the history of railways in Japan and Hokkaido, and it's a monument, so I thought it would be better to make more appeals together with the public and private sectors.
The site of Shihoro Station on the Shihoro Line, which has been abolished for more than 30 years. The station building platform is preserved as a park as it was at that time. It is difficult to understand on the outskirts of town.

Is it a nice nostalgic place, but a tourist spot?
