Hanshan Park

Shuyang County's ecological restoration project - Hanshan Park opens. Hanshan is the only natural mountain in Shuyang County, 70 meters above sea level. It was named after Han Xin, a great general of the Han Dynasty, who once trained soldiers and practiced martial arts here, leaving behind many historical stories. In the 1970s, Hanshan was excavated for its kyanite mines, and part of the mountain was destroyed. In recent years, Shuyang County has implemented an ecological restoration project on Hanshan, relying on Hanshan's unique natural, historical and cultural resources to create Hanshan Theme Park, an open urban comprehensive mountain park based on mountain and water ecological landscapes, featuring Han Xin's military culture and mine pit landscapes, integrating cultural tourism, mountain experience, ecological science popularization, recreation and fitness, and entertainment, providing the public with a new attraction for leisure, vacation and sightseeing.
