This is one of my favourite places. The walk to the crag has everything in hills flat and fabulous views. i can see the cragg from my bedroom window and its a joy to see.
A lovely walk on a sunny day. At the top the views are amazing, and so peaceful. A popular spot for the rock climbers. Lovely walk up through a field with some very friendly sheep.
Take a walk up Armscliffe Crag and the views across North and West Yorkshire will blow you away! It’s not a tough climb and you will see for miles on a clear day.
You really do get panoramic views here. You can park almost at the top and just walk the couple of hundred yards up, or you can approach as part of a much longer walk from Huby, for example. It's a lo...

For a family with teenagers and aging, aching parents this was a perfect sort of adventure spot. As parents, we could still keep up (pretty much) and join the kids at the top. The view is just breatht...
