昭和中期の技術の粋を結集させて、世紀の難工事とも言われながらも成し遂げた黒部ダムの建設。それについては、レインボーテラス近くにあった資料館で、資料と映像で知ることができました。この難工事では、実に１７１名もの人たちが犠牲になったそうです。その殉職者の慰霊碑が、ダムが見える場所に設置されていました。 ガイドブックや資料では、外に設置されている慰霊碑でしたが、なぜか、建物内に収納されていて、その...
