Around 1897, it was used as a branch office of the Nara Police Station in Osaka Prefecture. The reason why Coco became famous is that Miki Nakayama (89 years old), the founder of Tenrikyo, was detained for 12 days from 1886 (1886) ２ on March 18th to twelve days against militarism.
