Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue

Very nice but also very crowded when we went in the afternoon. I guess best to come in the morning. We went in late nov 2023 but autumn came later hence some trees at the end was still green. Hopefully autumn is abit more predictable in 2024 and beyond!

I really like Ginu Gaien Icho Namiki / Namiki Avenue because it is a famous autumn leaves viewing point in Tokyo. Located in Meji Jingu Gaien Nikoniko Park, where ginkgo trees are planted on both sides of the road. until this place is called Nsai Ginkgo

Tokyo Meiji Shrine, the garden of Ginkgo and wood, is the strongest attraction in Tokyo every year! Every year, the ginkgo in the outer garden of the Shengong is about to see in mid-November. In fact, when Tiger Airlines opened the promotion at the end of May, I didn’t originally grab the ticket for this time. I didn’t grab the time, and I grabbed the ticket for this period before I got the second one. ⋯ It also made us fortunate to arrive at the time of Fenghong and Ginkgo in the suburbs of Tokyo. ⋯ In order to get this beautiful view ⋯ Originally, the Ginkgo in the outer garden of the Shengong was the itinerary of Shinjuku. But watching the weather forecast, the date we are in Shinjuku may rain, so we will come to see the ginkgo the next day in advance. It is my favorite place for walking and running throughout the season. It's crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's vacant during the daytime on weekdays. I think it would be a good date to add a tour of the guest house or the National Stadium.

It was a very beautiful ginkgo tree line. There is also a cafe along the tree-lined road where you can relax. I definitely want to visit again
