This is located in Miyakezaka Koen, which is the intersection of Aoyama-dori and Uchibori-dori (the corner of the Supreme Court). It is said that it is a memorial statue of the advertisement merit person built as a commemorative project to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dentsu's founding in 1950, and the three female statues in the center symbolize "love", "reason" and "motivation".
