Tenbou Park is located on the 60th floor of Ikebukuro Sunshine City and is surrounded by sky and greenery.

The 360° Tokyo panorama from 251m above sea level allows you to see far into the distance as there are no tall buildings around. At night, you can enjoy the glittering night view of the big city, which has been certified as a Japanese night view heritage, as well as the spectacular sparkling night view of famous sightseeing spots such as Tokyo Tower and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, and the busy Metropolitan Expressway!

In the "Tenbo Hill" area, you can relax by lying down on the artificial turf, or take a break at the Tenbo Park Cafe, which offers sweets and original drinks that can only be tasted here.
